Description

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, missed calls, messages, emails, and new lead inquiries.
Schedule qualified prospective clients for consultations with the Managing Attorney and maintain an accurate calendar.
Own follow-up on outstanding inquiries to ensure prospective clients receive timely responses.
Maintain accurate appointment, lead, and client information across firm systems.
Coordinate communication among prospective clients, the Managing Attorney, and legal team members.
Recognize questions requiring legal guidance and escalate them without providing legal advice.
Manage multiple communication channels and competing priorities while maintaining a professional client experience.
Proactively identify unanswered messages, scheduling issues, and pending follow-ups.
Provide general administrative support during periods of lower intake volume.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in customer service, client intake, reception, appointment setting, administrative support, or another client-facing role.
Excellent spoken and written English with a confident, professional phone presence.
Hands-on experience answering inbound calls and returning missed calls, messages, or inquiries promptly.
Experience scheduling appointments and maintaining professional calendars with strong attention to detail.
Strong follow-up habits and the ability to manage multiple active inquiries.
Ability to work independently, remain highly responsive, and reliably follow an agreed remote schedule.
Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and professional remote workspace.
Previous experience with a U.S. law firm, immigration practice, or professional services business is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, calendar, and office productivity software is preferred.
Experience with high-volume inbound lead or appointment-setting environments is preferred.

Benefits

Remote, full-time long-term contractor position.
Compensation of $1,300–$1,500 per month.
Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PST.
