Description

  • Create, maintain, document, and distribute project timelines and updates using MS Project or similar systems.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record and circulate minutes, and file documentation in the Trial Master File.
  • Maintain Clinical Trial Management System records, including milestones, contacts, enrollment projections, and helpdesk remediation.
  • Coordinate study-specific training, maintain training records, identify gaps, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Establish and administer SharePoint sites, project email boxes, and user access across study systems.
  • Order study supplies and binders, prepare study materials, and coordinate shipping to appropriate locations.
  • Maintain study trackers and support the preparation, distribution, and reconciliation of study materials and reports.
  • Communicate with study sites, investigators, sponsors, vendors, and project team members, including distributing safety reports and other study communications.
  • Support document translation, safety report tracking, and project-related requests as directed by project leadership.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in business, science, or healthcare.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, company SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-service-oriented, flexible, collaborative, and self-motivated approach.
  • Ability to plan and work independently as well as effectively within a team.
  • Commitment to performing professionally in alignment with Precision principles.
