Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SaaS implementation projects for safety, health, and quality management applications.
  • Own project plans, timelines, milestones, and task assignments to keep delivery on track and identify blockers early.
  • Maintain project governance through status reporting, risk and issue tracking, and change control.
  • Manage project scope to ensure deliverables remain aligned with client requirements.
  • Coordinate a cross-functional delivery team, including technical consultants and a solution architect.
  • Assign tasks, track progress, and run regular check-ins across workstreams to maintain momentum.
  • Partner with the solution architect to align technical delivery with the project plan and client expectations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact on weekly client calls for status, timelines, and deliverable updates.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders on project progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.
  • Track and report delivery KPIs, including CSAT and NPS, and maintain accurate project records in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager delivering SaaS implementations, ideally in EHSQ, safety, quality, or compliance-related software.
  • Experience tracking and improving client success metrics such as CSAT and NPS in SaaS implementation or related engagements.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams such as consultants, architects, developers, or similar stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce for project tracking and engagement management.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort leading client-facing calls and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week across North American time zones (Eastern, Central, and Pacific).
  • Based in or familiar with the Canada ecosystem (nice to have).
  • Experience with EHSQ or EHS management platforms (nice to have).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS implementation methodologies such as agile, waterfall, or hybrid (nice to have).
  • Exposure to industries such as manufacturing, construction, energy, chemical, or transportation (nice to have).

Benefits

  • Part-time contract role at 30 hours per week.
  • 6-month initial contract with potential for extension or full-time conversion.
  • Ideally starting in April 2026.
