Description

  • Own executive-level client relationships and serve as the primary strategic advisor.
  • Lead delivery across multiple retainer accounts from planning through execution.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Digital Marketing, SEO, Paid Media, Web Development, Design, and Email & CRM.
  • Manage project scope, priorities, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Improve internal processes and operational workflows.
  • Ensure consistent quality across all client deliverables.
  • Identify account growth opportunities and contribute to client retention.
  • Partner directly with agency leadership to scale operations.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-market client accounts.
  • Experience leading cross-functional digital teams.
  • Strong project and delivery management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Comfort discussing SEO, Paid Media, Content Marketing, Web Development, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
  • Experience with Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
  • Ability to work during US Central Time business hours.
