Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
  • Translate transformation charters into detailed plans with milestones, owners, and dependencies.
  • Lead multiple project streams and coordinate implementation, delivery, and closure.
  • Facilitate cross-functional sessions with Operations, IT, Finance, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain RAID logs, identify risks, and drive mitigation, contingency, and recovery actions.
  • Manage resource planning and allocation in coordination with capacity planning processes.
  • Partner with change management teams to drive stakeholder adoption and organizational readiness.
  • Run status reporting, stage reviews, and go/no-go recommendations for steering committees.
  • Manage change control for evolving requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of project management experience, preferably in business transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation.
  • 6+ years managing multiple end-to-end project lifecycles.
  • Experience delivering business transformation initiatives that drive financial, operational, and behavioral change (preferred).
  • Experience with project budgeting, scoping, scheduling, risk management, and change control.
  • Ability to align stakeholders with competing priorities, including business users, vendors, and senior leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, including charters, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
  • Experience with project tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Confluence.
  • Based in the US Eastern Time zone.
