Description

  • Support the launch of a new consumer AI product in the US market.
  • Assist with go-to-market planning, launch timelines, and execution across multiple channels.
  • Coordinate launch initiatives across Product Hunt, creator communities, AI forums, and the ChatGPT ecosystem.
  • Research target audiences, competitors, and early adopter opportunities.
  • Drive low-cost growth initiatives to build launch momentum.
  • Support user acquisition campaigns across paid, organic, referral, influencer, and community channels.
  • Help identify new growth opportunities and user acquisition channels.
  • Assist with campaign setup, testing, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Improve signup flows, onboarding journeys, and the first-user experience.
  • Monitor funnel drop-off points and support lifecycle messaging and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Create landing page copy, campaign messaging, and launch assets.
  • Support demos, use-case content, FAQs, and product education materials.
  • Build simple dashboards and weekly growth reports.
  • Analyse campaign performance and user behaviour data, then turn findings into recommendations and tests.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in growth, marketing, digital campaigns, product growth, startups, or consumer apps.
  • Strong interest in launching new products and helping scale user growth.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
  • Hands-on mindset with willingness to execute across multiple functions.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to data and performance metrics.
  • Experience supporting paid, organic, referral, influencer, or community growth campaigns (preferred).
  • Experience with onboarding optimisation, lifecycle messaging, or funnel analysis (preferred).
  • Ability to work effectively on a 0→1 product launch and initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension or conversion.
