Description

  • Own collaboration, productivity, and business systems and define the roadmap for integrations and automations across the company.
  • Identify manual workflows, application silos, and system gaps, then eliminate them through automation and integrations.
  • Ensure teams have efficient tools and automated workflows that reduce unnecessary manual overhead.
  • Co-define ROI metrics with stakeholders for each initiative and track outcomes to measure impact.
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations across platforms using tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or custom API connections.
  • Automate data flows between systems so information moves seamlessly across functions.
  • Own end-to-end technical implementation of new tools and system improvements, including scoping, deployment, maintenance, and documentation.
  • Monitor integrations and automations for errors and proactively maintain and improve them over time.
  • Build and maintain clear technical and process documentation for integrations, automations, and workflows.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical operations, systems, or automation role with hands-on implementation responsibilities.
  • Strong practical experience building integrations and automations using Make, Zapier, n8n, or equivalent tools, including API-based integrations.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS integrations and data exchange, including REST APIs, webhooks, and data transformation.
  • Experience working across business tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, Confluence, Slack, and similar platforms.
  • Ability to work autonomously and execute technical integrations without relying on an engineering team for routine work.
  • Strong problem-solving ability to translate business needs into clean, maintainable technical solutions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong, proactive communicator.
  • Curious, resourceful, and biased toward building and prototyping over overthinking.
  • Genuine curiosity about business processes across functions and ability to engage stakeholders to understand workflows before automating them.
