Description

  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies for PR, communications, marketing, digital, creative, and corporate roles.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for current, future, hard-to-fill, recurring, and early-career hiring needs.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and candidate close.
  • Advise hiring leaders on role requirements, talent availability, market trends, interview strategy, and hiring decisions.
  • Conduct talent-market research and use insights to refine sourcing approaches and assess pipeline health.
  • Provide hiring managers with regular updates on search progress, candidate feedback, and next steps.
  • Lead offer discussions and negotiations while balancing candidate expectations, salary bands, and internal equity.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and search data in Greenhouse and recruiting trackers.
  • Track recruiting metrics, identify process improvements, and strengthen candidate experience.
  • Lead internship recruiting and develop relationships with universities, career centers, and professional organizations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in PR, communications, marketing, creative, digital, agency, or professional services environments.
  • Experience leading full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer.
  • Deep expertise sourcing and engaging passive candidates through research-driven strategies.
  • Experience building talent pipelines for immediate and long-term workforce needs.
  • Ability to advise senior leaders on recruiting strategy, talent markets, candidate expectations, and competitive dynamics.
  • Experience with offer negotiation, compensation discussions, salary bands, and internal equity considerations.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, candidate-assessment, and hiring-manager partnership skills.
  • Ability to use recruiting metrics and pipeline data to evaluate performance and adjust strategies.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
