Description

Partner with department managers to develop accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Manage job postings and recruitment advertising.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and recommend candidates to advance.
Drive the interview process and facilitate feedback sessions with managers, directors, and stakeholders.
Partner with hiring managers and HR on offers, including salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other details.
Maintain recruiting data and reporting accuracy in the Lever ATS.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Follow company information security, privacy, and environmental management policies and report related incidents or risks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Bilingual French and English proficiency.
At least five years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process (highly preferred).
Ability to recruit for high-volume, operations-focused roles such as HVAC, mechanical, and technician positions.
Experience recruiting in the telecommunications or data center industry (preferred).
Strong relationship-building experience partnering with diverse hiring managers.
Ability to assess candidates in Zoom interviews and provide actionable insights to hiring teams.
Proven candidate negotiation and closing skills.
Experience with an applicant tracking system; Lever experience preferred.
Passive sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and recruiting agency experience (preferred).

Temporary contract assignment covering a leave, expected to last 4–5 months.
