Description

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables across ERP, HCM, and infrastructure workstreams.
  • Coordinate client communication and serve as the primary day-to-day contact for public sector stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations around timelines, deliverables, risks, and change requests.
  • Lead recurring status meetings and maintain agendas and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate work across functional, technical, infrastructure, and QA team members.
  • Monitor project budgets, burn rate, staffing updates, and forecasting activities.
  • Log and track risks, issues, action items, and change control documentation.
  • Coordinate SIT, UAT, testing documentation, cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live readiness.
  • Provide regular project status updates and ensure compliance with PMO and QA governance processes.
  • Maintain project documentation and repository structure, including RAID, RTM, testing, and related logs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of project management experience.
  • ERP and HCM project experience is a plus.
  • Infrastructure implementation experience in cloud or on-premises environments.
  • Experience reviewing or supporting functional design documents, process flows, or accounting mappings.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and MS Project.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams across cloud and legacy environments.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ERP systems, reporting systems, and web applications is preferred.
  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus.
