Description

  • Provide daily leadership, coaching, and development for Trial Experience Specialists.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for management-level inquiries and customer support escalations.
  • Facilitate training sessions for leads, managers, and new hires.
  • Monitor team and department health and contribute to strategic team development.
  • Track and report on individual and team performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Identify process redesign opportunities and recommend changes to improve service quality.
  • Resolve advanced customer requests promptly and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and encourage effective teamwork.
  • Support additional tasks and responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in SaaS sales with proven ability to manage the full sales cycle.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience leading fast-paced, results-driven, customer-facing teams for a SaaS or product-led growth company preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude for helping users succeed with the HighLevel software.
  • Strong collaboration, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict management skills are a plus.
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies to solve problems and coach direct reports.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, Slack, LinkedIn, and other social media; CRM system experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of social media management, social media advertising, website/funnel building, and SEO.
