Description

  • Deliver remote and face-to-face customer meetings and provide training on Power Platform.
  • Maintain existing training materials and create new materials that are accurate, current, and aligned to current and future offerings.
  • Evaluate feedback from training programmes and recommend improvements.
  • Build knowledge of tenancy policies and advise customers on their impact on usage and training.
  • Research new technical features, product updates, and releases to keep training content relevant and up to date.
  • Liaise with account managers and set up customer scoping meetings to understand requirements and identify opportunities.
  • Explore customer needs in more technical areas of Power Platform.
  • Develop proposals and statements of work based on customer requirements.
  • Draft technical delivery documents for proofs of concept (PoCs).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar Customer Success or IT Trainer role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Power Platform.
  • Technology-level understanding of cloud, migration and upgrade strategies, support, and managed services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to actively listen and ask relevant questions.
  • Strong persuasive and effective presentation skills.
  • Presentable, articulate, and personable.
  • Willingness to undertake a Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) check.
  • Ability to work remotely in the UK with occasional visits to the Pocklington HQ.
  • Experience in a similar customer-facing technology role is preferred.
