Description

  • Own architecture, design, and development across the Agency Module, Agency Onboarding, and Platform Billing.
  • Design and build reliable, secure, scalable backend services, APIs, integrations, and microservices, including Stripe integrations.
  • Develop performant frontend experiences for agency management, onboarding, and billing using modern frameworks and component-driven architecture.
  • Drive technical decisions and independently own complex features from design through production.
  • Design data models and efficient queries across Firestore, MongoDB, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch.
  • Contribute throughout the SDLC, including requirements, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
  • Write clean, secure, testable code with appropriate unit and integration test coverage.
  • Maintain observability through logging, metrics, monitoring, and tracing.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, incident response, and applicable on-call support.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to translate requirements into scalable solutions and mentor engineers.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building robust backend systems and high-performance frontend applications.
  • Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, API development, data modeling, and system design; NestJS experience preferred.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cross-service communication.
  • Experience with MongoDB and Redis, including data modeling, query design, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems such as GCP Pub/Sub, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
  • Exposure to AI/LLM application development, including LLM API integration or AI-assisted workflows.
  • Frontend experience with Vue.js, React, or Angular; Vue.js preferred, plus component architecture and CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Vuex/Pinia, Redux, or MobX.
  • Experience with observability and debugging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Sentry.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Git, automated testing, CI/CD, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, and AI-assisted tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
