Description

  • Define and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, roadmap, and platform architecture for Ask AI and Knowledge Bases.
  • Own the end-to-end Ask AI experience across chat, voice, memory, templates, actions, approvals, and lifecycle management.
  • Own the Knowledge Base platform across ingestion, extraction, indexing, retrieval, citations, freshness, versioning, testing, permissions, and observability.
  • Establish product principles for answering questions, selecting tools, invoking agents, handling failures, and communicating results.
  • Create a shared context model spanning identity, permissions, business data, memory, and previous tool outputs.
  • Partner with AI, engineering, platform, infrastructure, design, security, legal, privacy, finance, support, and go-to-market teams.
  • Define evaluation, instrumentation, debugging, and quality systems for AI responses, retrieval, actions, and outcomes.
  • Build representative test datasets and improve quality-management workflows for Knowledge Bases and Ask AI.
  • Develop the platform model for reusable, bundled, inherited, and marketplace-distributed Knowledge Bases.
  • Mentor other PMs and influence AI product strategy across the broader HighLevel platform.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of product management experience across complex B2B SaaS, AI assistants, enterprise search, knowledge management, workflow automation, CRM, developer platforms, or AI agent products.
  • Experience operating as a Principal PM, Staff PM, Lead PM, product founder, or equivalent senior individual contributor.
  • Experience defining strategy across multiple teams and delivering sustained customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Experience building production AI products that combine answers, context, tools, workflows, and actions.
  • Strong understanding of grounded answers, retrieval quality, agentic systems, and production reliability.
  • Technical fluency in several areas such as RAG, document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, hybrid retrieval, re-ranking, structured-data retrieval, LLM orchestration, memory systems, APIs, and webhooks.
  • Strong judgment around AI evaluation, observability, permissions, approvals, reversibility, and customer trust.
  • Experience designing products where AI can change business data or execute consequential actions.
  • Experience simplifying technically sophisticated systems for non-technical users and working in multi-tenant SaaS.
  • Excellent written communication, strong systems thinking, analytical capability, commercial judgment, and ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience with browser automation, enterprise assistants, knowledge-management platforms, or similar products is preferred.
  • Experience with AI usage-based pricing, inference cost management, vector-storage economics, or fair-use controls is preferred.
  • Familiarity with metrics such as retrieval recall, grounded-answer rate, action success rate, latency, cost per outcome, and support-ticket rate is preferred.
