Description

  • Translate customer requirements and pain points into implementation plans.
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute implementation, upgrade, and conversion project plans.
  • Design, create, and manage application, integration, and migration deployments.
  • Maintain implementation scope and manage changes when project plans shift.
  • Identify risks and issues, and collaborate with leadership on contingency planning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to communicate customer needs and deliver milestones.
  • Follow up with lagging or non-engaging accounts to drive successful adoption.
  • Lead educational webinars, workshops, and customer guidance during onboarding.
  • Monitor customer adoption and usage metrics, including renewals and net promoter scores.
  • Create and update customer journey playbooks, SOPs, and transition or migration plans.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, software implementation, consulting, or technical support.
  • 2-3 years of experience using HighLevel or similar vertical software solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Experience with IT technical tasks and platform integrations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to produce high-quality documents, SOPs, and customer journey playbooks.
  • Knowledge of internal systems such as HighLevel and Freshdesk preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer consulting experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience is a plus.
