Description

  • Collaborate with sales representatives to engage clients and prospects in technical discovery conversations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective customers.
  • Architect customized AI security solutions aligned to client needs and infrastructure requirements.
  • Lead proof-of-concept projects to validate solution effectiveness and feasibility in customer environments.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and deployment guidance.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and research to share field feedback and influence roadmap improvements.
  • Track market trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape in the AI security space.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or post-sales solution architecture role.
  • Proficiency with Linux, including GNU and Bash.
  • Moderate to advanced cloud experience, including hands-on infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Python programming experience is required.
  • Experience building advanced AI workflows with tools such as LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Experience with MLOps tools and environments.
  • Experience with container orchestration such as Kubernetes is helpful.
  • Experience integrating with CI/CD pipelines is helpful.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for technology and continuous learning.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
