Description

  • Own the end-to-end e-commerce experience across Shopify Plus DTC storefronts, including revenue growth and site performance.
  • Lead full-funnel conversion optimization across landing pages, product detail pages, cart, and checkout.
  • Build and execute a CRO roadmap using A/B testing, hypothesis prioritization, and site friction analysis.
  • Oversee mobile-first UX/UI improvements in partnership with design and development teams.
  • Own merchandising across storefronts, collections, homepage, cart, and post-purchase experiences.
  • Coordinate with product and inventory teams to align site strategy with seasonality, inventory levels, and promotions.
  • Drive average order value through bundling, upsells, tiered offers, and subscription optimization.
  • Own Shopify Plus platform performance, integrations, app stack, release QA, and technical roadmap prioritization.
  • Define and monitor ecommerce KPIs, build dashboards, and lead executive-level reporting and experimentation analysis.
  • Partner cross-functionally with growth, paid media, creative, lifecycle, product, operations, and finance teams on launches and campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor e-commerce contributors across development, UX, SEO/GEO, and related functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience managing D2C Shopify Plus storefronts, preferably in health, wellness, or beauty.
  • Deep experience optimizing performance-focused landing pages and product detail pages with proven A/B testing success.
  • Direct Response Marketing experience is a strong plus.
  • 5+ years of experience merchandising digital storefronts across brand sites.
  • 5+ years of experience leading direct reports across product review programs, front-end and back-end development, subscriptions, or related e-commerce functions.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing, behavioral analytics, and LTV-focused strategies.
  • Experience with Recharge is preferred.
  • 3-5+ years managing and optimizing post-purchase upsell flows; experience with Aftersell or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI, Glew, Northbeam, or Triple Whale.
  • Proven success establishing KPIs, building dashboards, and creating reporting for cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience owning e-commerce P&Ls and scaling multi-channel digital operations.
  • Must live and work in the Los Angeles, CA area.
  • 100% remote work arrangement.
