Description

  • Design, build, and iterate on paid landing pages across long-form sales pages, offer pages, advertorials, listicles, quizzes, and hybrid PDPs.
  • Translate growth strategy and direct-response principles into conversion-focused page experiences.
  • Apply conversion psychology levers such as urgency, scarcity, risk reversal, testimonials, guarantees, authority, and price anchoring.
  • Structure pages using a clear storytelling flow from problem and agitation through solution, proof, offer, and CTA.
  • Rapidly create multiple page variations for A/B testing and fast experimentation.
  • Collaborate with CRO strategists, copywriters, and media buyers to launch and evaluate funnel experiments.
  • Design modular components that can be reused, swapped, and scaled quickly across pages.
  • Partner with paid media, retention, product, and development teams to maintain funnel cohesion and pixel-perfect execution.
  • Use analytics and behavioral data to identify friction points, diagnose conversion drop-offs, and turn insights into design improvements.
  • Support ongoing creative testing with reusable templates and performance-focused design systems.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience designing high-converting DTC landing pages, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Direct-response mindset with a focus on driving action rather than purely aesthetic design.
  • Deep experience building pages for paid traffic funnels on platforms such as Meta, Google, and native ads.
  • Strong analytical understanding of funnel metrics and performance measurement.
  • Ability to interpret data from GA4, Shopify analytics, heatmaps, scroll depth, session recordings, and experiment dashboards.
  • Ability to measure design impact through metrics such as CVR, ROAS, CPA, AOV, LTV, bounce rate, click-through rate, and engagement depth.
  • Experience designing across multiple page archetypes, including advertorial-to-sales page flows, quiz-to-offer pages, hybrid PDPs, and upsell flows.
  • Comfort working in a scrappy, rapid-test growth environment.
  • Portfolio demonstrating landing page work tied to measurable outcomes such as CVR lifts or ROAS improvements.
