Description

  • Lead the development of complex product features and initiatives.
  • Support external-facing products, including partnership opportunities, API marketplace, and developer platform work.
  • Oversee interoperability, interfaces for external partners, and alternate vendor data exchange and aggregation.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategy for partnership opportunities.
  • Use data to identify market trends, customer insights, and product performance metrics.
  • Define and track product success metrics and KPIs.
  • Mentor and support Product Managers to improve market understanding and product throughput.
  • Formulate and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and release plans for the product domain.
  • Conduct roadmap reviews, product demos, and advisory workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present new product business cases to senior leadership.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Support, and Client Success teams to align on strategy, releases, feedback, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure accessibility, usability, compliance, performance, and security considerations are addressed in product decisions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and regulatory changes to identify new product opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the health IT vendor space, with both strategic and tactical responsibilities.
  • 3+ years of experience in home health and/or home care solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, pricing, customer management, and product health metrics.
  • Advanced skills in roadmap planning, prioritization, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience using Voice of Customer (VoC) analysis and data analytics to drive decisions.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills for eliciting customer needs, writing complex product requirements, and presenting market-facing documents.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile Product Management and Development principles; Agile/Scrum training or certification is a plus.
  • Working experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with API integration development, third-party support, web application frameworks, and database concepts.
  • Experience defining and/or executing go-to-market strategies and plans.
  • Experience working with overseas business analysts and engineering teams.
  • Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation.
  • Travel 10-25%, including overnight travel.

  • Base salary of $155,000-$165,000 per year, plus variable compensation.
