Description

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to build strong long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrate the value of revenue cycle management services by showing measurable impact and resolving customer challenges.
  • Analyze customer performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to optimize revenue cycle outcomes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Collaborate with billing, operations, and product teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to internal and external workflows and revenue cycle processes.
  • Provide customers with regular performance reports and actionable insights to support alignment and accountability.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, advocacy, and strong NPS outcomes through strategic engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of revenue cycle management experience, including billing, common denials, posting, electronic transaction formats, and payer portal navigation.
  • Proven experience in customer engagement and client relationship management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to provide strategic, fact-based problem-solving recommendations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to change and take initiative with a strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Availability to work remotely from an eastern or central time zone, or hybrid near the Midtown Manhattan, NY or Bloomington, MN office locations.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, including overnight travel.
