Description

  • Own product marketing strategy and positioning for the provider business across the SaaS portfolio.
  • Develop scalable operating models, frameworks, and AI-enabled workflows to improve product marketing execution.
  • Partner with Product, Growth, CX, Brand, and Sales to align product strategy with revenue goals.
  • Influence product roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market investment decisions using market, customer, and competitive insights.
  • Own go-to-market strategy and execution for new products and major releases.
  • Define target segments, messaging, success metrics, and differentiated value propositions for launches.
  • Establish launch readiness, enablement, and post-launch measurement processes.
  • Build and operationalize AI-enabled workflows and systems to support competitive intelligence, messaging, enablement, and market insight synthesis.
  • Own pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with Product and Finance.
  • Own the strategy and quality of sales-facing product marketing assets and sales enablement programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7–12 years of experience in product marketing or a related B2B SaaS role.
  • Experience owning product positioning, launches, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Product in a high-growth environment.
  • Track record of improving messaging, conversion, or pipeline performance.
  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Healthcare SaaS or other regulated industry experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability to simplify complex products into clear narratives.
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate content creation, analysis, and experimentation.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $180,000–$200,000, not including variable compensation.
  • Benefits-eligible position with competitive health plans.
