Description

  • Act as the technical product marketing lead for Elastic Serverless and own strategy for awareness and market penetration of key capabilities.
  • Serve as an internal authority on developer and SRE personas.
  • Craft technical, differentiated product messaging and content for developers, including blogs, videos, tutorials, web pages, and webinars.
  • Enable the field through training and content such as pitch decks and playbooks.
  • Build and implement plans to engage and grow relationships with the developer and technology partner ecosystem.
  • Plan and execute product launches with operational marketing teams, including launch materials and supporting content.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Community to launch new features and products and engage users.
  • Attend and present at Elastic events, trade shows, webinars, trainings, and analyst briefings to showcase products to technical audiences.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of product marketing experience in a technical environment.
  • Proven experience marketing technical products to developers or other technical audiences.
  • Curiosity about technology and the ability to tell compelling stories about why it matters.
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly cross-functional role with a distributed team.
  • Experience driving go-to-market strategy and creating high-quality marketing assets.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Direct experience working with developers or audiences that build applications is preferred.
  • Experience marketing technical AI, SaaS, or infrastructure products is preferred.
  • Experience creating engaging developer content such as blog posts, decks, and videos is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Elastic Platform, or Elastic solutions is preferred.
