Description

  • Lead implementation efforts through planning and engagement activities to meet go-live and post-launch success goals.
  • Serve as the primary contact, trusted advisor, and senior resource for a portfolio of customers during implementation.
  • Coordinate customer training, configuration sessions, and remote or on-site go-live support.
  • Assess customer business and system needs and translate them into tactical planning recommendations.
  • Build and coordinate internal project teams across departments to execute project plans and drive customer success.
  • Manage multiple concurrent implementations, including meetings, project plan updates, issue resolution, and schedule tracking.
  • Prepare and deliver customer-facing status reports, presentations, and implementation documentation.
  • Host regular customer governance and troubleshooting calls and help resolve friction points across customer and project teams.
  • Review, create, and support approval of implementation artifacts and continuously improve implementation methodology.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships, support KPI goals, and foster a collaborative cross-functional environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • PMP certification in progress or already obtained.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in software implementation and a client-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of project methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile, plus the PMBOK framework.
  • Experience with MS Project or a similar project management tool.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Excellent communication, listening, decision-making, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and to travel up to 10%, including overnight travel.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites for on-site services if required.
  • Experience exploring and adopting AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and innovation is preferred.

  • Base salary of $100,000 - $125,000, plus variable compensation.
