Description

  • Lead and actively contribute to the design, development, testing, and delivery of I/DD software solutions.
  • Write code, refactor existing systems, and optimize platform performance as a hands-on engineering manager.
  • Own delivery for the I/DD engineering roadmap by prioritizing work and managing sprint execution.
  • Partner with Product, Operations, Support, Implementation, and Client Success to translate needs into scalable solutions.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop engineers through code reviews, best practices, and technical guidance.
  • Support hiring and team growth as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes using Agile and Scrum practices.
  • Resolve complex customer issues, including Tier 3 escalations, as the technical subject matter expert for the platform.
  • Advocate for engineering and DevOps excellence, including reliability, system performance, and security.
  • Track delivery progress, identify risks, and escalate resource or timeline concerns when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong full-stack development expertise.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing software engineering teams, including mentoring and performance development.
  • Hands-on coding experience with responsibility for code reviews, technical design, and architecture.
  • Experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Angular, AWS or Azure, RabbitMQ, and financial systems such as accounting, billing, or payroll.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery execution.
  • Experience working with hybrid US/India teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, drive results, and adapt in a changing environment.
  • Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and innovation.

  • Base salary range of $130,000 to $145,000 per year, plus variable compensation.
