Description

  • Establish and maintain project governance across Business, IT, GBS, and vendor stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain an integrated project plan with dependencies, milestones, and timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across multiple workstreams and ensure execution against plan.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, including regular status reporting and Steering Committee updates.
  • Track project progress and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and open actions.
  • Coordinate UAT activities and support business readiness for go-live.
  • Ensure documentation, handover, and a smooth transition from project delivery to BAU.
  • Support rapid networking within PMI GBS and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving Business, IT, and external vendors.
  • Strong background in regulatory, e-solutions, digital transformation, or IT implementation projects.
  • E-invoicing experience is a strong asset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and networks within large, global organizations.
  • GBS environment experience is preferred.
  • Strong planning, structuring, and execution control capabilities.
  • Experience in governance setup, project reporting, and Steering Committee management.
  • Ability to manage scope, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities effectively.
  • Experience coordinating UAT and go-live readiness activities.
  • Strong command of English in an international working environment.
