Description

  • Lead performance monitoring processes for Brand Retail across multiple markets.
  • Coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly data collection cycles using standardized templates.
  • Collaborate with local markets to ensure timely and high-quality data delivery.
  • Analyze traffic, sales, and retail performance metrics from internal systems.
  • Translate data into insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present executive-level reports and dashboards.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization across markets.
  • Manage stakeholders across HQ, markets, retail teams, and analytics teams.
  • Ensure alignment with global Brand Retail strategy and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Project Manager in an FMCG, retail, or consumer goods environment.
  • Experience in performance tracking, reporting transformation, or commercial analytics.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting/dashboard tools.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources.
  • Experience in multi-market or international projects.
  • Strong planning, tracking, and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall approaches.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, customer journey, and sales performance drivers.
