Description

Lead performance monitoring processes for Brand Retail across multiple markets.
Coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly data collection cycles using standardized templates.
Collaborate with local markets to ensure timely and high-quality data delivery.
Analyze traffic, sales, and retail performance metrics from internal systems.
Translate data into insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
Prepare and present executive-level reports and dashboards.
Drive process improvements and standardization across markets.
Manage stakeholders across HQ, markets, retail teams, and analytics teams.
Ensure alignment with global Brand Retail strategy and KPIs.

Requirements

Experience as a Project Manager in an FMCG, retail, or consumer goods environment.
Experience in performance tracking, reporting transformation, or commercial analytics.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with Power BI or other reporting/dashboard tools.
Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources.
Experience in multi-market or international projects.
Strong planning, tracking, and reporting skills.
Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall approaches.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong understanding of retail operations, customer journey, and sales performance drivers.
