Description

  • Deliver remote and onsite Copilot for Finance training sessions for client finance teams.
  • Conduct workshops for Finance, FP&A, Controlling, and Accounting teams.
  • Present AI use cases in Finance, including forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting automation.
  • Prepare training materials, exercises, and demo scenarios for client sessions.
  • Support clients in adopting AI tools within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Run interactive workshops and facilitate Q&A sessions.
  • Tailor training content to different seniority levels, from analysts to leadership.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and project teams to align training delivery.
  • Provide post-training recommendations and best practices to support adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering training, workshops, or enablement sessions.
  • Experience in Finance, such as FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, or Finance Business Partner roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial data.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a business-friendly way.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for onsite training sessions.
  • English proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level.
  • Experience with Copilot for Finance or Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or Power Platform is a plus.
  • Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a plus.
  • Experience in Finance transformation or automation projects is a plus.
  • Microsoft, AI, or Finance certifications are a plus.
  • Experience training corporate clients is a plus.
