Description

  • Plan, organize, and oversee end-to-end delivery of training programs, bootcamps, and workshops.
  • Maintain training schedules, materials, documentation, and participant resources.
  • Coordinate facilitators, instructors, subject matter experts, and stakeholders across program timelines.
  • Adapt and standardize training materials for different teams and skill levels.
  • Manage virtual and in-person training logistics, including session setup, tools, recordings, and certificates.
  • Track attendance, engagement, feedback, completion rates, and program impact metrics.
  • Monitor deadlines, deliverables, dependencies, and operational requirements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for training-related operations.
  • Develop repeatable training processes and playbooks to improve program execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in program management or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, project management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and generate insights.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams, stakeholders, and timelines.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday, Trello, or Notion.
  • Advanced written and verbal English communication skills at B2+ level.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Exposure to the technology industry is preferred.
  • EdTech experience is a plus.
