Description

  • Create, maintain, and update accessible training content and resources with cross-functional teams.
  • Design and tailor training programs using current research and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate and facilitate year-round training for a high volume of trainees.
  • Lead workshops, role-plays, shadow sessions, and related trainee activities.
  • Track trainee progress and performance accurately across multiple platforms.
  • Evaluate training programs, analyze data, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Identify professional development opportunities and support counselor growth initiatives.
  • Participate in at least one four-hour crisis counselor service shift each month.
  • Communicate training needs and improvement opportunities to team members and leadership.
  • Support training operations, special projects, administrative tasks, and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Mexico and authorized to work there.
  • Three years of relevant experience designing and facilitating training or educational programs.
  • Proficiency with computer tools, learning management systems, and MOOCs.
  • Ability to create training materials, manuals, and visual resources using tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, or Canva.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Empathy and sensitivity when addressing trauma, consent, crisis situations, and LGBTQ+ youth issues.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
  • Formal education or certifications in training, education, or pedagogy are strongly preferred.
  • Experience with team leadership, crisis support, and measuring training impact is preferred.
