Description

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly and salaried roles, including intake, posting, sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, offers, and decision support.
  • Attract, engage, and select high-quality candidates to support current hiring needs and future growth.
  • Support employer branding efforts in the talent market with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and candidate experience.
  • Educate, train, and provide feedback to hiring managers to improve interview consistency and effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, including colleges, universities, job boards, and agencies.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to build new and improve existing recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Maintain an efficient and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-changing, high-volume environment, ideally in food manufacturing, warehouse, or production.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities while delivering high levels of service.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition fundamentals, including pipelining passive candidates, employer branding, and sourcing hard-to-fill positions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive candidate information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Google Suite, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Meet.
  • Experience with HRIS or ATS platforms or other related databases and software, preferably Workday and Greenhouse.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement with a minimum of 2 days in office per week.
  • Ability to work in a food handling environment where exposure to common allergens may occur.
