Description

  • Own reported customer issues through investigation, resolution, and closure.
  • Conduct product walkthroughs and provide solutions to customer queries.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related problems.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Record and properly close all customer issues.
  • Answer customer questions through email, phone, and live video calls.
  • Identify opportunities to exceed customer expectations and improve support standards.

Requirements

  • Currently reside in India with full work authorization.
  • Available to work any five days of the week.
  • Available for the 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. IST shift.
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience in customer interactions.
  • Curious, analytical, and oriented toward problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical background and comfort working with math- and numbers-heavy products.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Minimum Math score of 2.00, equivalent to 85% or higher, in 10th grade or the most recent Math examination.
