Description

  • Own the Marketplace Operations project portfolio from planning through execution and handoff.
  • Manage concurrent workstreams across Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Sales, and partner-facing teams.
  • Run the portfolio operating cadence and deliver executive-ready status updates.
  • Maintain a central source of truth for owners, milestones, dependencies, decisions, and deadlines.
  • Use dashboards, data, and SQL to independently validate project progress.
  • Identify dependencies and risks, communicate them early, and provide options for resolution.
  • Build alignment and accountability across teams without direct authority.
  • Document decisions and changes across initiatives.
  • Transition completed initiatives to business owners with clear monitoring and follow-through.
  • Use AI agents, workflow automation, and other tools to improve portfolio management efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write basic queries and independently verify data.
  • Fluency with performance KPIs such as CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, pacing, and margin.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and accountability without direct authority.
  • Strong executive communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to surface risks and deliver difficult news early while proposing options.
  • Strong ownership and initiative in identifying issues without waiting for direction.
  • Experience in performance marketing, marketplaces, adtech, insurtech, health insurance, lead generation, or similar environments preferred.
  • Experience with seasonal deadlines, major launches, enrollment periods, Jira, AI tools, workflow automation, or BI platforms such as Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or Snowflake preferred.
