Description

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on acquiring and closing the right distribution partners.
  • Use existing relationships and market connections to open doors, accelerate pipeline, and grow revenue.
  • Lead high-value partnership deals across CPL, CPA, and inbound call models.
  • Create structure for pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution.
  • Build and manage a partner solutions team that helps partners onboard, optimize performance, and grow spend.
  • Drive partner retention, performance, and long-term investment through clear ownership and process.
  • Develop playbooks and processes for consistent partner support and relationship management.
  • Build the B2B marketing engine that drives inbound demand and strengthens Healthcare.com’s brand in insurance distribution.
  • Lead content, thought leadership, and conference strategy in coordination with Sales and Partner Solutions.
  • Bring sales, partner solutions, and marketing together into one cohesive distribution engine that can operate independently.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in insurance distribution, lead generation, or marketplace-based acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of Medicare, ACA, Alternative ACA, and ancillary insurance products.
  • Established network across agencies, FMOs, call centers, carriers, and other distribution partners.
  • Experience building and leading teams across sales, account management, or partner solutions.
  • Track record of closing meaningful partnerships and growing partner spend over time.
  • Experience working in performance-based environments such as CPL, CPA, or marketplace models.
  • Ability to use data to make decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings, conferences, and team collaboration.
  • Experience in life insurance or adjacent verticals preferred.
  • Background in B2B marketing, thought leadership, or demand generation within insurance preferred.
