Description

  • Lead client consultations on attribution methodology, event instrumentation, tag management, and analytics architecture.
  • Audit clients' measurement stacks and produce written assessments that identify gaps, data quality issues, and growth opportunities.
  • Translate audit findings into prioritized measurement plans for the Growth Engineering and Growth Pod teams.
  • Serve as the measurement expert during client reviews, quarterly business reviews, and escalation calls involving attribution or reporting issues.
  • Own end-to-end project management for analytics and measurement workstreams during new-client onboarding.
  • Run requirements-gathering sessions to capture data sources, KPI hierarchies, business definitions, and reporting expectations.
  • Coordinate integration of Headlight's reporting and BI infrastructure with client data environments, including APIs, CRM, Shopify, MMPs, and warehouse exports.
  • Brief Growth Engineers with clear technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and business context.
  • Equip Growth strategists and media buyers with measurement context to explain performance and defend channel decisions.
  • Help shape and refine the analytics service offering, including scope, packaging, onboarding sequence, and internal playbooks.

Requirements

  • Deep, working understanding of paid media measurement across paid social, search, and CTV.
  • Experience in an agency, ad-tech, MMP, or in-house performance marketing environment.
  • Strong technical fluency with SQL and basic Python.
  • Comfort reading code and event payloads.
  • Familiarity with attribution and tag-management technologies.
  • Ability to work semi-autonomously in a fully remote, multi-time-zone environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across synchronous and asynchronous formats.
  • Experience leading client-facing strategy, onboarding, or analytics conversations (preferred).
