Description

  • Create and maintain data feeds used to calculate compensation for more than 9,000 insurance agents across the United States.
  • Work closely with IT partners to develop and implement changes to agent incentive programs.
  • Perform cost modeling with business leadership for proposed changes to agent compensation programs.
  • Support planning, development, testing, implementation, and monitoring of predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.
  • Develop business segment, function, and process knowledge to help implement solutions that improve profitable growth.
  • Retrieve and analyze data from a data warehouse using SQL queries.
  • Independently drive assigned projects forward, including coordinating meetings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and share documentation for team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide analytic and operational support for user-centered advanced analytical solutions to strategic business problems.
  • Communicate project status and analytical solution progress to key stakeholders on time.
  • Support business objectives related to acquisition, retention, cross-selling, profitability, and agency development.
  • Research market and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Strong ability to retrieve data from a data warehouse using SQL queries.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Advanced Power BI skills.
  • Entry-level Excel skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written English.
  • Ability to independently manage assigned projects and coordinate stakeholder meetings.
  • Experience working with business and IT partners on analytics or process changes is preferred.
  • Experience with advanced analytics, predictive analytics, or prescriptive analytics is preferred.
