Description

  • Lead end-to-end internal systems initiatives across infrastructure, support, corporate hardware/software, migrations, and complex deployments.
  • Own governance and IT projects that protect the health and security of the company’s technology ecosystem.
  • Drive practical use of artificial intelligence in internal systems to optimize processes, automate workflows, and improve productivity.
  • Serve as an executive interface with business leadership, translating technical priorities into clear business outcomes.
  • Manage and negotiate with technology vendors and strategic partners to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Align internal tools and systems with product-minded thinking focused on value, adoption, and user impact.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and wins clearly and transparently to stakeholders.
  • Escalate problems and risks proactively and help prioritize what matters most in a high-demand environment.

Requirements

  • Strong prior experience leading IT Corp or infrastructure teams and projects in highly complex, large-scale environments.
  • Proven real-world case of applying AI in internal projects that delivered measurable impact such as efficiency gains, cost reduction, or time savings.
  • Solid track record in people management and comfort moving between technical and strategic discussions.
  • Product mindset focused on delivering business value rather than just scope completion.
  • Clear, concise communication with the ability to explain technical status, risks, and outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills backed by robust metrics and evidence.
  • High maturity and emotional intelligence to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ownership mindset with the autonomy to identify and escalate issues proactively.
  • Experience working in remote or hybrid contracts is relevant for the home office allowance, if applicable.
