Description

  • Own the conversion of qualified patients from clinical consultation to active treatment starts.
  • Receive live patient handoffs from physicians and nurse practitioners through the virtual telehealth platform and maintain momentum from the visit.
  • Present prescribed treatment options, including PAP, OAT, and adjunctive therapies, in a clear and patient-centered way.
  • Use Motivational Interviewing, ACT, and values-based techniques to address hesitation, handle objections, and support decision-making.
  • Confidently ask for patient commitment and guide them through the next steps to initiate treatment.
  • Lead financial conversations, present self-pay and third-party financing options, and collect payment through Stripe.
  • Track performance against treatment initiation metrics, including consult-to-start conversion and payment completion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, complete the After Visit Summary, and ensure clean handoff documentation for Clinical Operations.
  • Participate in onboarding and training on clinical foundations, relationship-based selling, virtual workflows, and documentation processes.

Requirements

  • A college degree or significant experience in sales, business, or a human services-related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to build rapport and trust.
  • High empathy and the ability to make patients feel heard while guiding confident decisions.
  • Comfort leading financial discussions and asking for commitment.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply Motivational Interviewing and values-based selling techniques.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage administrative workflows and documentation.
  • Comfort with payment processing and maintaining accuracy in patient records and notes.
  • Tech-savvy and confident working in a fully virtual environment using telehealth platforms and digital health records.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
