Description

  • Spend 50% or more of the workweek in the field prospecting in person and meeting decision-makers face to face.
  • Build and manage a B2B pipeline across multifamily communities, hospitality, fitness, beauty, daycare, senior living, student housing, sports, and other high-volume laundry accounts.
  • Run the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through demos, negotiation, closing, and handoff to operations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for new accounts and recurring revenue.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for accounts, contacts, stages, and next steps.
  • Represent Hampr at local events, trade shows, property manager meetups, and community events to generate pipeline and brand awareness.
  • Partner with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and strong post-sale customer experience.
  • Share market intelligence with leadership on pricing, competitors, objections, and customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside or field sales experience, ideally in B2B.
  • Experience selling into multifamily, hospitality, fitness, beauty, or service industries.
  • Comfort with cold prospecting and door-to-door or property-to-property selling.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-directed ability to manage your own calendar, pipeline, and priorities without daily supervision.
  • Valid California driver’s license, reliable vehicle, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar sales technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus.
  • Experience launching a sales territory from scratch is preferred.
