Description

  • Manage a portfolio of large corporate dairy accounts from phase-one rollout through full-scale integration with Halter technology.
  • Ensure customers realize value from their investment by embedding Halter into daily farm operations and surfacing impact across the business.
  • Build trusted relationships with farm teams, operational teams, executive stakeholders, and multi-entity decision-makers.
  • Support expansion, renewal, and contract negotiations in partnership with the Corporate Sales Manager.
  • Identify opportunities within customer farm systems to add value, drive growth, and expand account revenue.
  • Collaborate with rural professionals, consultants, and industry influencers to strengthen Halter’s regional reputation and market influence.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, support, and sales teams to coordinate training, share product feedback, and align rollout strategy.
  • Contribute to account planning, territory expansion, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Track account performance, identify early signs of risk and growth, and help build scalable account management playbooks.
  • Represent Halter in boardrooms, on-farm, and with senior leadership to communicate value and drive change.

Requirements

  • Experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts and driving growth over time.
  • Strong knowledge of dairy production or farming systems, with credibility in high-performing dairy environments.
  • Ability to navigate executive stakeholders, operational teams, farm teams, and matrixed business structures.
  • Customer-first mindset with a track record of anticipating needs and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to expand accounts and deliver results.
  • Collaborative, team-first approach across functions and roles.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-changing, high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Victoria and South Australia, with occasional travel to New Zealand.
  • Expected travel up to 50% of the time.
