Description

  • Own retention, renewals, and expansion targets for existing revenue in the region.
  • Manage customer agreements and grow revenue from existing Halter customers.
  • Support onboarding, training, and implementation of the Halter system on customer farms.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with farmers, farm teams, and families.
  • Partner with customers to define business goals, timelines, priorities, and success metrics.
  • Provide timely support and problem-solving for technical and operational issues.
  • Represent Halter locally by leading discussion groups and building community networks.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and share on-the-ground context with product teams.
  • Provide practical advice to product teams from a farmer’s perspective on reproduction, pasture, and agronomy.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues to succeed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or account management roles.
  • Experience in dairy farming or the agriculture sector.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
  • A hunger for success and personal growth.
  • Ideally located in Northern Victoria, preferably Shepparton.
  • Evidence of the above requirements in your resume, cover letter, and interviews.
