Description

  • Own retention, renewals, and expansion targets for existing regional revenue.
  • Manage customer agreements and identify opportunities to expand account value.
  • Support onboarding, training, and implementation of the Halter system on customer farms.
  • Build trusted relationships with farmers, their teams, and their families.
  • Partner with customers to define business goals, priorities, timelines, and success measures.
  • Provide prompt support and problem-solving for technical and operational issues.
  • Represent the Halter brand locally by leading discussion groups and building community networks.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and share on-the-ground context with product teams.
  • Work closely with product teams to provide practical advice from a farmer’s perspective.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and support colleagues to succeed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or account management roles.
  • Experience in dairy farming or the agriculture sector.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Positive, collaborative approach and comfort working through challenges.
  • Strong passion for helping farmers succeed.
  • Must live within the South Waikato region.
  • Travel required to meet with farmers daily.
  • Willingness to grow and evolve alongside a high-performing team.
