Description

  • Own retention, renewals, and expansion targets for existing regional revenue.
  • Manage customer agreements and grow revenue by adding value throughout the customer relationship.
  • Support onboarding, training, and implementation of the Halter system on customer farms.
  • Build trusted relationships with farmers, their teams, and families.
  • Partner with customers to define business goals, timelines, priorities, and success metrics.
  • Provide timely support and problem-solving for technical and operational issues.
  • Represent the Halter brand in the community by leading discussion groups and building local networks.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and share on-farm context with product teams.
  • Provide practical advice from a farmer’s perspective on reproduction, pasture, and agronomy.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and support others to succeed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or account management roles.
  • Experience in dairy farming or the agriculture sector.
  • A deep passion for helping farmers succeed.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative team-player mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Hunger for success and personal growth.
  • Applicant must live within the Northland region, ideally in Whangarei.
  • Travel is required to meet with farmers daily.
