Description

  • Own the P&Ls for Shopify and TikTok Shop and drive combined revenue growth toward $20M+
  • Build a repeatable ecommerce growth system using bundles, paid media, conversion rate optimization, and lifecycle marketing
  • Lead and develop a high-performing ecommerce team with clear accountability and results
  • Manage high-velocity creative testing across Meta and TikTok, including 100+ ad creatives per week
  • Launch monthly funnel-based offers and optimize conversion metrics such as CVR, AOV, CAC, and LTV
  • Drive email and SMS revenue to 25% of Shopify sales through improved flows and retention strategies
  • Optimize product pages and landing pages to improve funnel performance and conversion
  • Work closely with leadership to own channel strategy, operations, and performance outcomes

Requirements

  • 5 to 10+ years of experience scaling DTC ecommerce brands on Shopify with paid social
  • Proven track record of growing brands beyond $20M in revenue
  • Deep fluency in Meta and TikTok Ads and high-velocity creative testing
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript
  • Strong understanding of bundles, upsells, funnels, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
  • Ability to write, review, and optimize high-converting landing pages
  • Experience leading a remote team with clear cadences and accountability
  • High-ownership mindset with strong general manager-level thinking
  • Alignment with the company mission to make early learning fun, engaging, and screen-free
