Description

  • Own the mobile analytics vision and roadmap, aligned with product, growth, and business goals.
  • Design scalable measurement frameworks for acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and monetization.
  • Establish best practices for mobile instrumentation, experimentation, and analytics governance.
  • Lead analysis of user behavior, funnels, and lifecycle metrics to uncover product improvement opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights that support product strategy and measurable growth.
  • Build and scale A/B testing, experimentation, and decision-science frameworks across mobile products.
  • Apply advanced statistical methods and causal inference to evaluate product and growth initiatives.
  • Develop predictive analytics, including pLTV models, to inform acquisition, monetization, and retention decisions.
  • Own mobile event tracking, attribution, and analytics infrastructure across platforms and channels.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing mobile analytics team while influencing executive decisions through data storytelling.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in mobile analytics, product analytics, growth analytics, or data science.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring analytics teams.
  • Deep expertise in mobile product analytics and user lifecycle measurement.
  • Strong experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale data platforms such as BigQuery, Databricks, or Snowflake.
  • Proficiency in Python for statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and automation.
  • Experience with mobile analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Firebase, or Mixpanel.
  • Experience with mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
  • Preferred: experience developing predictive models such as pLTV, churn prediction, and retention forecasting.
  • Preferred: familiarity with machine learning techniques applied to product and marketing analytics.
  • Preferred: experience building data platforms or analytics frameworks from the ground up.
