Description

  • Assist with customer inquiries and manage the order process efficiently.
  • Monitor account health and prepare basic performance reports.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate basic supply chain activities.
  • Perform data entry, reconciliation, and system updates to keep records accurate.
  • Support basic accounting tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
  • Maintain SOPs and internal documentation so they stay current and accessible.
  • Execute assigned operational processes accurately, consistently, and with minimal oversight.
  • Identify issues early, provide context, and recommend next steps or solutions.
  • Contribute to small workflow and documentation improvements over time.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, customer support, or similar role.
  • Ability to work a US-based schedule from 8:00am–5:00pm Central Time.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp or similar task/project management tools, and Loom.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with clarity and professionalism.
  • Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in structured systems with minimal oversight.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.
  • Ability to stay organized and effective in a fully remote, fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable following structured problem-solving expectations, including escalating issues when needed.
  • Experience in remote work is preferred.
  • Experience in operations or administrative support is preferred.
