Description

  • Own the strategy, P&L, and growth outcomes for Shopify and TikTok Shop.
  • Scale combined Shopify and TikTok Shop revenue to $20M+ within 18 months while meeting margin and ROAS targets.
  • Test 100+ paid ad creatives weekly across Meta and TikTok and optimize acquisition performance.
  • Partner with affiliate, UGC, and Amazon teams to expand reach and amplify winning campaigns.
  • Launch and refine bundle-based funnels, offers, and seasonal promotions to improve conversion and funnel economics.
  • Oversee homepage, product page, and collection merchandising to support conversion rate optimization.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing across email and SMS using Klaviyo and Postscript to improve retention and revenue share.
  • Build ascension paths, blog content, and SEO strategy to grow organic and repeat customer demand.
  • Review weekly P&Ls, analyze performance metrics, and deliver scorecards and growth plans.
  • Lead, coach, hire, and manage a cross-functional ecommerce team and contractors while building scalable systems.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, especially with Shopify and paid social.
  • Proven track record of scaling ecommerce brands past $20M in revenue.
  • Experience owning revenue and profitability targets.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, and Shopify CMS.
  • Strong background in bundles, upsells, and LTV optimization.
  • Ability to write and review high-converting landing pages.
  • Comfort leading a fully remote team with clear weekly cadences.

  • Preferred: experience working in a General Manager-style role with both strategic and operational ownership.
