Description

  • Drive strategy and execution of paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and other paid channels across the host growth funnel.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve CPA, CAC, ROAS, and volume targets while balancing efficiency and scale.
  • Manage budget allocation across channels, campaigns, and audiences to maximize return on investment.
  • Design and refine lead generation strategies and improve signal quality and conversion tracking across the funnel.
  • Partner with design and marketing teams to test and iterate on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and offers.
  • Collaborate with external platforms, partners, and internal stakeholders to launch, scale, and refine campaigns.
  • Analyze full-funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and conversion opportunities.
  • Design and lead A/B testing strategies across targeting, creative, bidding, and channel mix.
  • Build dashboards, monitor performance trends, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns with direct-response KPIs and a track record of scaling acquisition efficiently.
  • Strong experience with B2B acquisition tactics, either in-house or at an agency, across a range of spend levels.
  • Deep hands-on experience with paid search and paid social platforms such as Google, Meta, and X.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategy, landing page optimization, A/B testing, and Meta CAPI implementation.
  • Advanced reporting experience with Rockerbox and GA4.
  • Proficiency with BI and data tools such as Tableau, Supermetrics, or Looker.
  • Proven experience building and scaling structured experimentation programs.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, owns outcomes, and drives projects end to end.
  • Ability to succinctly present insights, influence stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally.
