Description

  • Own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads end to end, including account structure, campaigns, bidding, search-term hygiene, negative keywords, audiences, and creative testing.
  • Drive cost efficiency and profitable scale by balancing customer acquisition cost and volume against unit-economics targets.
  • Build and maintain reporting and monitoring for spend pacing, CAC by funnel stage, payback, and performance dashboards.
  • Use AI tools in daily workflows for analysis, audits, ad iteration, and reporting.
  • Stand up and lead the paid social program, starting with Meta, using disciplined testing and clear go/no-go decisions.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing on strategy, landing pages, and growth investments.
  • Communicate performance, trends, and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with deep Google Ads expertise.
  • Personal ownership of more than $1.2 million in annual paid budgets.
  • Strong analytical ability with fluency in CAC, payback, LTV, conversion lag, and attribution.
  • Experience with Meta or other paid social channels, ideally including launching or relaunching a program.
  • B2C subscription or freemium funnel experience preferred, including trial-based funnels and multi-stage conversion tracking.
  • Active daily use of AI tools in the workflow.
  • Comfort working as an individual contributor rather than in people management.
  • Ability to work independently with ambiguity and minimal hand-holding.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Meaningful overlap with US Eastern working hours for real-time collaboration.
  • SQL or BigQuery experience and Looker Studio dashboarding preferred.
  • Server-side tracking and attribution experience, including GTM or Rudderstack-type pipelines, preferred.
  • Hands-on landing page and CRO experience preferred.
  • B2C SaaS or career, HR, or recruiting-adjacent industry experience preferred.
