Description

  • Own the P&L, strategy, and performance for Shopify and TikTok Shop as the general manager of the DTC business.
  • Scale combined Shopify and TikTok Shop revenue to $20M+ within 18 months while meeting margin and ROAS targets.
  • Test and optimize 100+ ad creatives weekly across Meta and TikTok to improve paid acquisition performance.
  • Launch one new bundle-based funnel each month and continuously improve funnel economics, merchandising, and conversion rates.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing across email and SMS through Klaviyo and Postscript to grow retention and repeat revenue.
  • Develop and maintain customer nurture flows such as welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back sequences.
  • Build blog and SEO initiatives that drive organic, education-based traffic and support long-term acquisition.
  • Review weekly P&Ls, performance metrics, scorecards, and monthly growth plans to identify scaling opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and coordinate a cross-functional ecommerce pod, freelancers, and contractors while establishing operating rhythms and ownership.
  • Create documented SOPs, testing roadmaps, and scalable systems that reduce founder dependency.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, especially Shopify and paid social.
  • Proven track record of scaling ecommerce brands past $20M in revenue.
  • Experience owning revenue and profitability targets.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify CMS, Klaviyo, and Postscript.
  • Strong background in bundles, upsells, and LTV optimization.
  • Ability to write and review high-converting landing pages.
  • Comfort leading a fully remote team with clear weekly cadences.
