Description

  • Support the Sales, Marketing, and Support teams with a high attention to detail.
  • Research, analyze, and document findings related to partner needs and issues.
  • Coach, review, and/or delegate work to other team members when needed.
  • Ensure partners realize maximum value from their ConnectWise investments by driving adoption, license utilization, and successful renewals.
  • Identify new opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support partner outcomes.
  • Propose solutions to partner problems based on platform capabilities and a deep understanding of the partner’s business.
  • Develop an understanding of common partner business challenges and map platform features to their needs.
  • Serve as an escalation point and drive timely, proactive issue resolution.
  • Travel to partner locations and IT Nation events.
  • Help create scalable playbooks and processes for partner interactions and profiles across the PSM team.
  • Identify processes that improve cross-functional communication, prioritization, and visibility for requests and escalations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred: MBA.
  • Preferred: 5+ years in the SaaS industry.
  • Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
  • Recognized subject matter expert in industry standards.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and processes based on partner requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of cross-functional business processes.
  • Ability to quickly understand and clearly explain technology and business concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT service provider market and business.
  • Technical acumen and business management skills.
  • Remote or hybrid work arrangement depending on location.
  • 30% travel may be required.
